Located at Windermere on the eastern side of the Tamar River, 15 minutes (20 km) north of Launceston, it is an ideal rural base to explore the wine route and northern region of Tasmania. The cottage has a combined lounge, kitchen and dining room, leading to extensive decking. There are two bedrooms, and an optional third in the form of a quiet sitting room with a gorgeous outlook. The fully landscaped gardens include sweeping lawns leading to mesmerising views over the Tamar and to the vineyards beyond.
