Stay in Victoria's oldest Inn, The Merrijig, which overlooks Port Fairy's working wharf.

Over the years the Merrijig Inn has welcomed visitors and we look forward to welcoming you to our gorgeous village & our special place. We have 3 spacious Queen & 1 King Suite on the ground floor & 4 cosy Attic rooms upstairs in the atmospheric old Inn.

There's lots of places to sit and relax throughout the Inn and our garden, which features our vege patch & silkie bantams (chickens). Enjoy breakfast in our garden conservatory with home made bread & preserves, local yoghurt & juices, bacon & free-range eggs, house-poached seasonal fruits & GREAT COFFEE!

Our restaurant, The Merrijig Kitchen is open from Thursday to Monday nights and offers a daily written menu of seasonal produce sourced, where possible from the south-west. Our wine list features biodynamic & organic, single vineyard passionate producers, which may offer you the option to try a wine that you may not have tried before.
