Blue Johanna Cottages are just off the Great Ocean Road, at Johanna. Cottages & In-house Suites are set on 12 acres of rolling hills, fern gullies, cottage gardens overlooking the Johanna Hills across the ocean to Cape Otway.

Cove & Fern Cottages are from the pages of a fairytale. The storybook cottages are cosy & romantic, featuring polished timber, cathedral ceilings, attic windows, Wood Fires, Spas & beautiful views across peaceful gardens to the Ocean. Each cottage has kitchen facilities, TV, Austar, DVD, VCR & Stereo. All linen, towels, soaps, spa gels, fresh flowers & candles.

The In-house Suites are quite different from most B&Bs as there are no shared facilities between them. Each suite has its own entry from the guest verandah & features a TV, VCR, CD, A/C, couch, breakfast making facilities incl. a small fridge & microwave, Fresh Flowers and Candles. A generous continental breakfast basket is supplied for each morning.

Well behaved pets are very welcome.
