your site which has recently brought us another booking.

to contact [B&B Name] - to neither inquiry did they respond. Not
sure how a business stays in operation when it does not interact
with and respond to its customers.
Interestingly - or not - this seems to be the norm for B&B's in
Australia as a mere 1/3 of those I emailed have responded - what
is up with that? I appreciate your time, but I have booked

Well, not a good experience for someone looking to book
that next great holiday. Do you really think this is the 'norm' in
our industry??? OZbedandbreakfast.com does handle hundreds of
bookings online for our members. We rely very much on our members
to respond in a quick and courteous manner. It is your
responsibility to reply to the enquires as quickly as possible.
