Gift Certificate Information - Terms and Conditions

• OZbedandbreakfast.com gift certificates are valid only at participating properties. Contact the B&B directly for reservations.
• All rooms are subject to availability and reservations are required. Tell the host you are using a OZbedandbreakfast.com Gift Certificate when making your reservation. All stated reservations restrictions apply including deposit, minimum stay and cancellation policies. Be sure to check with the innkeeper at the time of reservation.
• Certificates must be presented at check in.
• Certificates are issued in dollar amounts. You are responsible for paying any amount including taxes, gratuities or other charges above the face amount of the certificates.
• If your stay is less than the certificate amount you may use your credit balance to enjoy a future getaway. No cash refunds will be given.
• The gift certificates have no cash value.
• Lost gift certificates are not replaceable.
• Participating properties are subject to change and new properties are included daily, so please be sure to check for the most up to date listing of qualifying establishments at www.OZbedandbreakfast.com/giftcertificate.

This gift certificate (“Certificate”) is issued by OZbedandbreakfast.com, Brisbane, Queensland, (“OZBnB”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute the entire agreement and your possession or use of this Certificate constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

This Certificate has one (1) year expiration date*.

This Certificate can be redeemed once by the holder of this Certificate (the “Holder”) for up to $50 in “qualifying services” at “participating properties”. To redeem this Certificate, Holder must present and surrender it at checkout. ALL PROPERTY SPECIFIC POLICIES, INCLUDING DEPOSIT, MINIMUM STAY AND CANCELLATION POLICIES APPLY.

Participating properties and qualifying services are subject to change. Before planning a stay, be sure to check the then current qualifying services and then current participating properties at the OZbedandbreakfast.com Web site.

If this Certificate is presented for qualifying services with a price of less than $50, this Certificate’s value will not be greater than the price of the qualifying services. However, the redeeming property may at its option issue a credit to the Holder for use on a subsequent stay at that property, in an amount equal to the difference between $50 and the value of the qualifying services.

Holder is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, gratuities and assessments arising out of use of this Certificate.

OZBnB.com warrants that this Certificate can be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions above. OZBnB.com makes no other warranty or representation, and the implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL OZBnB.COM BE LIABLE FOR COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. IF OZBnB'S LIMITED WARRANTY OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BE HELD UNENFORCEABLE OR INAPPLICABLE, HOLDER AGREES THAT OZBnB'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUM OF ONE AU DOLLAR. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.

All issues and disputes regarding these Terms, or the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Queensland.
