Designed and built as a B & B, Sands was completed in April, 2002 and won "House of the Year" in its price category with the North Queensland Master Builders Association.This luxury, absolute beach front accommodation offers 3 double guest rooms, all with ensuites, A/C, TV & DVD. Price includes:Airport Transfers between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Continental/Tropical breakfast, Use of on-site facilities (pool, pushbikes, BBQ, Fishing gear etc) the entire ground floor is exclusively forthe use of guests, including kitchen, tea/coffee making facilities, home made biscuits, fruit.
